I understand that soccer is an important sport to everybody else besides Americans, so I can almost understand why there's riots and whatnot. But combine that with a match between Iran and Saudi Arabia and I would assume something bad is going to happen. Iranian side Sepahan midfielder, Adel Kolahkaj, bends over to pick up a small piece of debris and toss it away from the field. About a second after it leaves his hand it explodes. Clearly it freaked everybody out, but nobody was injured and the game was allowed to continue.

As much as I hate soccer you have to give it to the players who endure scenarios like this. At any moment there could be a riot, somebody might shoot you, or you may find explosives lying on the field. That makes it less of a woman's sport and more on the side of insanity. All they need to do now is shrink down the field, allow physical contact, and beef up the players a bit. Then it would be a sport that I would want to watch; one where at any given moment somebody in the crowd might start a brawl or somebody on the field might die from being speared in his spine.

TL;DR A soccer player tosses debris from the field and just as it lands it explodes.
