It was your normal day at the Jewish General Hospital's cafeteria in Québec when a man who was buying a sandwich asked the cafeteria worker if he could change his gloves. The man was violently allergic to tomatoes and wanted to make sure he wouldn't come into contact with one. Fair enough, nobody wants to be killed by a tomato. That's when a woman in line behind him started complaining about him speaking English. He told her to mind her own business to which she took great offense, so she threw a tuna-and-tomato sandwich at his face. He then had to be admitted into the E.R. for the ensuing allergic reaction.

Either this woman is smart or she just got lucky by almost killing this guy. I'm assuming she was old, because only old people get mad about things like this, but almost killing somebody with a sandwich is a story you can tell your grand kids. "Don't mess with me Timmy. One time a guy pissed me off and I almost killed him with a fucking sandwich. Now stop saying I smell like death or I will end you." Personally I feel bad for the guy. He most likely would have been able to beat this woman into the ground had he not been deterred by a tomato. Your life must be pretty awful when your weakness is a vegetable.

TL;DR A woman is upset that a man is speaking English so she almost kills him with a sandwich.
